REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Maark. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

  1. Return Eligibility
    Items can be returned if:
    The product is damaged or defective
    You received the wrong item
    The product is unused and in original packaging

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    Used products, items without original packaging, or products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for returns.

  2. How to Request a Return
    Email us at support@maark.co.in with:
    Your order number
    Product details
    Reason for return
    Photos (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will guide you through the return process.

  1. Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

  2. Damaged or Wrong Items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  3. Cancellation Policy
    Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

  4. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
